Early access
Kapten opens in small batches.
Every account we onboard means a real production platform standing up inside somebody else’s cloud. We would rather do that slowly and get it right than open the doors and watch it go sideways in twenty accounts at once.
Your account, from day one
Early access is not a sandbox on our infrastructure. You connect a real AWS account and the cluster comes up inside your own VPC.
A direct line while it is early
Batches are small on purpose. You get the engineers building it, not a ticket queue, for as long as that stays true.
No card, no commitment
The control plane is free during early access. AWS still bills you directly for whatever you provision — that part never changes.
Why we ask this much
Because the answer we owe you is either “here is your slot” or “not yet, and here is why”. Both need to know what you run, what it costs you today and whose cloud account it would live in. A form that only took an address would just move that conversation a month later.
Your answers go into our own CRM and nowhere else. No sequence, no resale, one address.

Who is asking
One human per account. We reply to this address ourselves.
